Clinical Policies.

Professional Standards

All practitioners are registered with AHPRA and maintain current professional indemnity insurance. Services are provided within each practitioner's scope of practice and in accordance with relevant professional standards.

Consent to Treatment

Informed consent will be obtained before commencing treatment. You have the right to ask questions, refuse treatment, or seek a second opinion at any time.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of a medical emergency during treatment, emergency services will be contacted immediately. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may be relevant to your care.

Referrals and Discharge

We may recommend referral to other healthcare providers when appropriate. Treatment may be discontinued if you do not attend scheduled appointments, do not follow treatment recommendations, or if therapeutic goals are not being met.

Complaints Process

We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. Please speak with your practitioner or reception team initially. Formal complaints can be made to AHPRA or the relevant professional body.

Confidentiality

All information shared during treatment remains confidential except where disclosure is required by law or with your consent.
