Recovery Services

Rest, recharge, and rebuild — your recovery starts here.

At Lockyer Valley Allied Health, we believe that true recovery involves more than just rest — it’s about supporting your body on every level: physical, nervous system, and cellular. Our Recovery Services are designed to complement hands-on care and help you bounce back from pain, stress, injury, illness or burnout.

These therapies are available as stand-alone sessions or combined with your osteopathy, acupuncture, or movement plan.

Infrared Sauna

Deep warmth for detox, circulation, and muscle relief.
Our infrared sauna uses gentle, dry heat that penetrates deeper into the tissues than traditional saunas — helping to reduce inflammation, ease joint and muscle pain, improve circulation, and support detoxification. It’s also deeply calming for the nervous system.

Float Therapy

Effortless calm in a magnesium-rich float tank.
Float therapy allows your body and mind to fully unwind in a soundproof, zero-gravity environment. Our float tank is filled with warm water and Epsom salts, creating buoyancy that relieves pressure on your joints, calms your nervous system, and promotes deep relaxation. Ideal for stress, anxiety, fatigue and muscle recovery.

Ice Bath (coming soon)

Build resilience. Reduce inflammation. Reset your system.
Cold water immersion is a powerful recovery tool that supports circulation, reduces swelling and muscle soreness, and improves mental clarity. We’ll guide you through a safe and supported ice bath experience that helps you reconnect with your body’s strength.

LED Light Therapy

Cellular repair with red and infrared light.
LED therapy uses specific light wavelengths to stimulate collagen production, reduce inflammation, and speed up healing at the cellular level. It’s great for skin, recovery from injury or surgery, and chronic pain conditions.

PEMF Therapy

Pulse-based cellular activation.
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy helps recharge your cells’ energy, reduce pain and stiffness, and support tissue repair. It’s a non-invasive, relaxing treatment that works well alongside acupuncture or osteopathy — especially for chronic pain and fatigue syndromes.
