Payment Methods

We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and online payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Insurance and Rebates

We are registered providers for:

• Medicare (where applicable)

• Private health insurance

• NDIS (if applicable)

You are responsible for understanding your coverage and any gap payments. We can provide quotes for insurance pre-approval where required.

Fees and Pricing

Current fees are available on request and may vary by service type and duration. Fees are reviewed annually and clients will be notified of any changes.

Outstanding Accounts

Accounts overdue by 30 days may incur administrative charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts significantly in arrears.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management. Cancellation fees as per our Cancellation Policy are non-refundable unless the appointment slot is successfully filled.

Receipt and Billing

Receipts are provided for all payments and will be issued electronically or in hard copy if requested.
