Your practitioner will discuss recommended appointment frequency with you and work collaboratively to create a plan that feels manageable and appropriate.

Your comfort is our priority. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
Where possible, please avoid restrictive items such as jeans, tight pants, or tops that can’t be easily adjusted or undone. Soft, flexible clothing such as loose pants and a comfortable shirt is ideal.
If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to ask us before your appointment.

Please refer to our cancellation policy or contact the clinic as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.

No referral is required to book an appointment. You are welcome to book directly.
If you have been referred by a GP or another healthcare provider, please bring your referral with you.

Yes, private health rebates are available for Osteopathy, Acupuncture, and Physiotherapy appointments.
Currently, one-on-the-spot rebates are only available for Osteopathy, with other services requiring you to submit your receipt. Please bring your physical health fund card to your appointment.

We see self-managed NDIS participants at the clinic. Please contact the clinic prior to booking so we can confirm the most appropriate appointment type and discuss any plan requirements or documentation needed.

We aim to be as accessible as possible and are always happy to discuss individual needs.
We do have a small step into the clinic so are currently unsuitable for full time wheelchair uses. We hope to change this in the rear future.
If you have questions about physical access, mobility requirements, or need additional support during your appointment, please contact us prior to your visit so we can assist.

Yes. We understand that neurodivergent clients may have different needs around communication, sensory input, routines, and predictability. We strive to provide a calm, respectful environment and are happy to make reasonable adjustments where possible.

Yes. We welcome parents and families. We understand that kids are part of life and welcome them into the clinic during your appointment. Please note that your children remain your responsibility; we do not provide on-site supervision or childcare.
