*Simple return appointments are return appointments for a single issue, where you have been seen for a standard appointment for the same condition in the last 30 days.
Concession Pricing
*Applies to primary producers, low-income, students, pensioners and others. Access to healthcare is important to us, if you need a concession we ask no questions, just let us know when booking.

Health Insurance Rebates
Private health rebates are available for all treatments. On-the-spot claiming is currently available for Osteopathy appointments only. For all other services, you’ll receive a receipt to claim directly with your health fund.
Combination appointments (Osteopathy and Acupuncture) are eligible for rebates under both therapies.
Katerina also accepts GP Team Care Arrangements, allowing Medicare to cover a portion of your appointment fee.
