*Simple return appointments are return appointments for a single issue, where you have been seen for a standard appointment for the same condition in the last 30 days.
Concession Pricing

Health Insurance Rebates
Private health rebates are available, and on-the-spot claiming is available for most health funds.
Combination appointments (Osteopathy and Acupuncture) are eligible for rebates under both therapies.
Katerina and Narrele also accept GP Team Care Arrangements, allowing Medicare to cover a portion of your appointment fee. Please note that we don't bulk bill these appointments.

If you plan to use external billing, please call the clinic to arrange the required prebilling documentation. This may involve a pre-appointment booking.
